How much is the NX Pro Plus LE Deductible?

 The NX Pro Plus LE deductible is $75 USD for full device replacements. 

How many claims can I file?

You may file up to 3 claims per device, except in the event that we cannot repair or replace your device and instead issue you a cash reimbursement. In this case, the terms of your coverage will be considered completed (and you will not be eligible to file additional claims).

Can the protection plan be cancelled?

Yes. You may cancel your protection plan for any reason at any time. If you cancel after the first 30 days, your subscription will run until the end of the current monthly billing cycle, and it will not be renewed after that.

How much is the deductible for NSPRE Wearable?

NSPRE™  Wearables deductible is $25 USD for full frame replacement.

How do I get my products serviced when I file a claim?

During your claim process, you will receive instructions on sending your device or wearables for repairs. You will have the option for mail-in or local servicing (if available in your area). If a mail-in is required, you will receive a return label via email.
