Can I use the NSPRE™ smartphones with any carrier?

Yes. All NSPRE™ devices are internationally unlocked to use with any wireless carrier.

Can I use NSPRE™ smartphones internationally?

Yes. Our smartphones are internationally unlocked to use in 140+ countries.

What is the NX Pro Plus OS (Operating System)?

The NX Pro Plus operates on Android 10, Android's newest OS.

Where will NSPRE™ products be sold?

Currently, all NSPRE™ products will be sold exclusively on our website and in Tesix Wireless stores.

Is the NX Pro or NX Pro Plus 5G capable?

No. Neither device is 5G capable. Future NSPRE™ smartphones will have 5G capabilities. 5G is based on your carrier's capability and if they offer it on their network or in your area.

Do the NX Pro and NX Pro Plus have dual sim ability?

Yes. Both devices have dual sim slots. With dual sim, you'll be able to use two sims from any two carriers of your choice.

Do NSPRE™ smartphones allow hotspot/tethering?

Absolutely! As long as your mobile plan with your carrier allows hotspot and tethering, your NSPRE™ device is capable.

How long will the shipping take?

Upon release, any device ordered from NSPRE™ will take 1-5 days in the USA. Shipping time will depend on your location and your shipping selection. Locations outside the USA will vary by country and can take up to 15 days.

Are NSPRE™ products being shipped from the USA?

Yes. NSPRE™ is headquartered in Montgomery, AL. All products will be shipped directly from our headquarters within the USA.

Will NSPRE™ products be available in retail stores?

At this time, this information is not available.

NSPRE™ Audio Glasses

How do I connect my Audio Glasses to my android?

  1. Settings
  2. Bluetooth/Pairing
  3. Locate your smart glasses name (NSOLAR or NOMBRES)
  4. Select your glasses name
  5. Wait for pairing confirmation
Android Bluetooth location may vary based on the android device. Overall, all Bluetooth settings can be found under settings in connectivity.

How do I connect my Audio Glasses to my iOS device?

  1. Settings
  2. Bluetooth
  3. Locate your smart glasses name under MY DEVICES (NSOLAR or NOMBRES)
  4. Select your glasses name
  5. Wait for pairing confirmation

How can I tell what percent my Audio Glasses are on?

You can connect glasses to your mobile device, open your Bluetooth® Settings, and select your Audio Glasses. You will be able to see all details, including your Glasses battery percentage.

Why is only one side of my glasses working?

To power on each leg of your glasses, you must long-press each leg's button until you hear 'Power On". Note: One leg's button does not turn on both legs.

Can I purchase a charger from anywhere for my glasses?

Because of our unique design, you can purchase a Magentic Charger from NSPRE only. If your Charger is broken or lost, you can email to request a new charger if covered in your warranty. If you do not have a warranty, you will purchase an NSPRE™ Magnetic Charger for your glasses via our website.

How do I set the APN for my carrier?

To change your current and/or create new APN settings, input a sim card from your carrier, and follow these steps:

  1. Settings
  2. Network & Internet
  3. Mobile Network
  4. Advance
  5. Access Point Name (APN)
  6. Select (+)
  7. Input Correct APN Settings
You can contact your carrier to retrieve your APN settings for your device.

How do I see how much storage/space I have available?

  1. Settings
  2. Storage

How do I free up space on my device?

  1. Settings

  4. Select Free up space
If you wish to free up space by deleting storage or cache from a particular app, follow these steps:
  1. Settings
  2. Storage
  3. Internal Shared Storage
  4. Select the app category
  5. Select App
  6. Select Clear storage or clear cache
What is Cache? A cache is a hardware or software component that stores data so that future requests can be served faster. Like your email, password, or other details entered on the app. Note: when clearing your cache on an app, you will delete your email, passwords and etc. on that app, resulting in having to log into the app again.

How do I factory / network reset my device?

You can perform a network reset by following these steps:

  1. Settings
  2. System
  3. Advance
  4. Reset Options
  5. Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth
All network settings such as Wi-Fi, cellular data and Bluetooth will be reset by clicking the Reset settings button If you need to perform a factory data reset, please follow these steps:
  1. Settings
  2. System
  3. Advance
  4. Reset Options
  5. Erase all data (factory reset)
Note: When clicking “Erase all data (factory reset),” all data on your phone’s internal storage, will be permanently deleted. This is including but not limited to: Your google account, system and app data and settings, downloaded apps, music, photos, and other user data.

How do I turn on my mobile hotspot and tethering?

  1. Settings
  2. Network & Internet
  3. Hotspot & Tethering
  4. Select Wi-Fi hotspots
  5. Toggle On
To locate your hotspot password, you will select "Advance" and then "hotspot password." You can keep your generated password or create another. You may connect any other device (computer, tablet, mobile phone, etc.) via Wi-Fi to your NSPRE Smartphone.

How do I take a screenshot?

Take a screenshot on your device by holding down your "power button and volume down button" together for 2 seconds.

How do I pair devices to Bluetooth?

  1. Settings
  2. Connected Devices
  3. Pair New Device
  4. Locate your bluetooth device name
  5. Select and await connectivity

Can I connect my NX Pro Plus to my chromebook?

Yes. To connect to a Chromebook follow the follwoing steps:

  1. Settings

  4. Chromebook

How do I change my navigation gestures?

I have a Canadian carrier, and I can't add or edit my APN.

This is an ordinary happening. Carriers like Public Mobile, Koodo, Three, and Telus sim cards will remove the ability to Add and Edit your APN settings. Some Carrier may be able to provide the ability to change the APN settings, but this occurrence is not a handset issue.
The APN/s that appears on your device are drawn directly from your SIM card and can be selected for your services.
